Mission
The Committee on New and Emerging Technologies (1) monitors emerging technologies for their potential benefit to the music and higher education community; (2) serves as a resource for the Executive Committee and Executive Office in its implementation of the operations of the Society; and (3) advises concerning the use of electronic technology by The College Music Society in its development and dissemination of services to the music and higher education community.
Membership
The Committee on New and Emerging Technologies includes representatives from higher education and, at the discretion of the Chair, the music business and industry communities.
