Mission
The Council on Instructional Technology oversees the professional development and continuing education needs of the members of The College Music Society, and guides the development of the Society's educational programs in the area of music and technology.
Membership
The Council includes representatives from higher education and the music business and industry communities.
Procedures
Working at appropriate times with and under the review of the Committee on Professional Development, the Council on Instructional Technology (1) sets general and specific educational goals and directions for the Society, and (2) designs and develops institutes, workshops, and symposia, including their dates, directors and faculties.
